I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. If I could give ten stars, I would. I walked into this massage thinking it would be like any other chain massage place—and I’m so glad I was wrong.
As an athlete, both by nature and in my everyday life, I’ve been feeling stressed, tight, and honestly a bit unmotivated lately. When I left Redefine Spa, it felt like a 30-pound weight had been lifted off my shoulders. My body finally had the chance to release all the tension and stress it’s been carrying from daily life.
I’m not sore yet, but I’m actually excited to be sore tomorrow—because I know that means my body is already on its way to feeling rejuvenated in the days ahead. This was exactly what I needed, and I’ll absolutely be back.
